For our anniversary, we had the privilege of booking a fantastic Airbnb experience with Cameron Thomsen Photography, twice. The results were so nice, we decided to share them both here so that you can choose the best experience option for yourself!
First of all, Cameron is a true profession. They are easy to work with and offer comfort and knowledge to those in the group that may be nervous. We really enjoyed the opportunity in these experiences that Cameron provides to hang out with strangers in a public space in a way that felt safe and celebratory of you!
Reviewing the day-time market experience: We booked this experience back in 2018 when we visited Seattle to attend PAX West. These photos were great for printing and sending home to families as an update. This was our first time doing an experience like this and overall we remember not feeling rushed, unwelcomed, or unattractive – very important for personal photography such as this. It was really overcast during the day and we were too nervous for individual photos. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and nice pictures to show our folks.
Reviewing the night market experience: Wow, is really all we can say. Confidence makes all the difference in the experience. Our second time booking this experience with Cameron (five years later, when visiting Seattle to attend PAX West again!) really shows this fact. Not only did we feel more comfortable in helping newcomers feel welcomed, and in what we wanted out of the photos – but it is clear that Cameron has an affinity for the night-life in this area. Their knowledge of locations and timing was impressive and it really shines in this experience in a way that is visually striking.
